Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the client must be sent in written form via e-mail or fax. The date in which the written cancellation is received by Venice Holidays is the date that will be used to determine eventual cancellation policy payments. The cacellation policy is as follows:
- From the time the reservation is made up until 21 days before the arrival Venice Holidays will be entitled to 40% of the entire reservation total. This is the security deposit thet the customer pays at the time reservation.
- In case of cancellation from 20 to 14 days before arrival the client agrees to pay by bank transfer to the owner, an additional 20%, for a total of 50% of the entire reservation price.
- In case of cancellation from 13 to 7 days before arrival, the client agrees to pay by bank transfer to the owner, an additional 45%, for a total of 75% of the entire reservation price.
- In case of cancellation from 6 days before to the day of arrival, the client agrees to pay by bank transfer to the owner, an additional 60%, for a total of 90% of the entire reservation price.
