The serviced residences, Darling Harbour is part of a boutique block containing eight single level one bedroom apartments. All apartments have recently been refurbished with painting, new carpets and new furnishings. There are approximately 12 steep stairs leading into the building.
**Reception is located just across the street at 132 - 136 Sussex Street (corner of King and Sussex Streets). This is a 24 hour reception service.
Location
We are situated within easy walking distance from Darling Harbour with many lovely restaurants and shops, the Aquarium, Wildlifeworld, Imax Theatre, Star City Casino, the Convention Centre, Entertainment Centre, the CBD and all public transport.
Accommodation
All apartments have recently been refurbished with painting, new carpets and new furnishings. They all have a new LCD TV with Foxtel, new airconditioner and new dishwasher.
Each apartment has a balcony with city views and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Laundry facilities are also located in the bathroom of each unit. Serviced daily. All our rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balconies.
