Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations after we receive confirmation of the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to impose the following charges:
Cancellations received within 1 month (28 days) of the check in date, a cancellation fee equal to 7 night’s tariff applies.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the check in date, a cancellation fee equal to 14 night’s tariff applies.
Cancellations received within 7 days from check in date, a cancellation fee equal to 28 night’s tariff will apply.
In situations where the length of stay is reduced from the original agreement entered into, the following conditions apply:
For bookings of 6 months+, should the stay be shortened to less than 6 months but greater than 3 months duration the rate for all days stayed will default to the next rate tier, that is, the rate that would apply to bookings of 3 to 6 months.
For bookings of 3 to 6 months, should the stay be shortened to less than 3 months but greater than 28 days duration, the rate for all days stayed will default to the next rate tier, that is the rate that would apply for bookings of 28 days to 3 months.
For bookings of 28 days to 3 months, should the stay be shortened to less than 28 days duration, the rate for all days stayed will default to the Best Available Rate of the day or the negotiated Corporate Rate.
* Any no shows (ie - reservations that are guaranteed and not cancelled as per the cancellation terms noted above) will be charged a fee equivalent to one nights tariff. * Bookings over the New Years Eve period - 30 December - 1 January are 100% non refundable and are deemed confirmed at the time of booking.
