Car Rental Car rental is available at both Terminal 1 and 2 and counters operate from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. A valid international driving license is required or you can rent a chauffeur-driven car. Limousine Taxi Service Located at the Arrival Hall on Level 1 of both terminals, Limousine Taxi Service is available at a flat charge of S$ 35.00 to any destination in Singapore. It operates daily from 6 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Public Bus Service Public Bus Service is available at both Terminal 1 and 2. Bus routes and fares are displayed at the bus stations. Taxis The taxi stand is located at both terminals on Level 1. Taxis charge Singaporeding to meters and there is a surcharge of S$3.00 for all trips to any destination from Changi Airport.
