1. A booking is canceled by the guest fourteen (14) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.

A booking is canceled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than fourteen (14) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, **or** should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one- night accommodation charge and S$500 Booking fee will also be forfeited.
3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied.
