Aside from the community, there's a hard-working team behind the Moveandstay site. Founded by Chutima Tapaneeyangkul, Emmanuel Fauvel and Gael Ovide-Etienne and launched in September 2002, Moveandstay has grown to be one of the most popular sources for apartments and offices through the efforts of a passionate group of sales consultants, developpers, designers, and other individuals.

| Best apartment: | When studying in Perth, I was living just few steps from Seashells Serviced Apartments on Scarborough Beach. Ten years later, I still think it is probably one of the best apartments you can live in (at least in Western Australia), if you truly love sports and the sea. | |
| Best office: | I would say most of the serviced offices in Hong Kong I have visited blew me away. But if I have to choose one, that would be this one | |
