This apartment is a budget,1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, self-catering, holiday apartment in a the near city, colourful, cosmopolitan suburb of Maylands. The city centre is a 5 minute drive, or 10 minutes on the train. There are restaurants, and shops nearby and the train station is a 5 minute walk away.

Located in a resort style apartment complex in colourful, cosmopolitan Maylands, bordering the trendy restaurant strip of Inglewood. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk to the Maylands train station where trains pass every few minutes for the 10 mi

The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Compact and cosy, with magnificent views to the City and the hills. The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels), with a new kitchen, with full appliances, including microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery and cooking pans. The apartment has wooden floorboards, in the kitchen and living area and carpet in the bedroom.
