The New Delhi serviced apartment has eight rooms, five guest rooms with private balconies facing the lawn including a family suite. There are two rooms in the main house and one in The Estate extension. We also have a lounge, dining room and a sunny, terrace garden to soak it all in.

A vantage location: just 12 kilometers away from the international and domestic airports. It is also close to the historic and magnificent Qutab Minar and the beautiful Hindu temples complex at Chattarpur. The new commercial and shopping township - Gurgaon, is a short 20 minutes drive away and a closeby Metro (Subway) station will be functional very soon.

Of the Eight rooms at The Estate, five are lawn facing rooms in the annex, two are in the main house block and one is in The Estate extension. All rooms have individual charm and are well appointed with modern amenities.
