It constitues of a double living-room with a functioning fireplace and 3 large French windows granting access to the terrace. There is a large kitchen/dining-room; 2 double bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and a single room for a service person. There are 2 main bathrooms and a bathroom with a small laundry. The finishing is refined and elegant, the ling-room furniture is antique and the bookcase is cutom-made in deco style. The kitchen was designed by renowed italian architect Vico Magistretti. The terrace is decorated in wrought iron and reproduces a gazebo-like structure. The apartment is air conditioned; there is a TV set with DVD; a stereo and an internet access. It is possible to request for a double garage.
