Our cancellation policy is as follows: A credit card required to secure your reservation at My-Places 1) Outside 15 days, no cancellation charges will apply if booking has not been processed. As a goodwill gesture, 50% of your total charges will be deducted from your next booking with us. 2) Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking 3) Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking 4) Where the reservation is made at any time during the two days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be considered as final and non-refundable. 5) Unless otherwise specified, payment will be taken within seven days prior to the client taking up occupancy of the property.
