Sdn. Bhd. (ARM) assists corporate clients of all sizes and business

We help to enroll children in schools, locate furniture rental
/ purchases, escort spouse in all the initial post-move shopping
requirements, tour hospitals and
clubs, as well as familiarizing the family into the area in which they will be
living. We can also assist in obtaining driving licenses, maids and any other
requirements the family may have.
If we are required to assist in finding suitable housing, we
ensure that once a housing allowance has been established, the
budget is adhered to in all cases,
which carries many advantages to the company involved.
We pride ourselves in staying up to date on the current housing
markets and would be able to assist in establishing the appropriate
housing allowances
for all
employees. Additionally, we keep an up to date market survey on local products
and services, which is available once a corporate contract is signed. Needless
to say, the survey can be an excellent tool for setting cost of living allowances,
as well as provide the families with an idea of the goods available locally.
