Review: We arranged for an extra bed in a room for 4 nights and the hotel staff were all geared up for this without any prompting. The staff were very helpful throughout out stay, right from the time we arrived early in the morning, through to our checkout, 7 days later.

Harbour Plaza North Poin: an excellent stay

Review: Our stay at the Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel was a very comfortable one. The staff were extremely helpful, they printed off maps for us , researched our quiry in great detail and gave us the correct information every time. The room had a stunning view, which we could enjoy from anywhere in the room. No disturbance from neighbours and no noise at night. We will definetely stay at this hotel again when we are next in Hong Kong.

Pros: The staff are all extremely capable in dealing with any problem and helping us to make our stay more comfortable. The view is outstanding and the room was very nice and spacious.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was a complete let down but there are so many nice restaurnats outside it was not an issue. The food late at night is not fresh and it's better to go to sleep hungry.

Review: The concierge is very well informed and helpful when you need directions or advice on places to visit. All staff speak very good English - you just ask them to write instructions in Chinese to help with taxi drivers.

Pros: Greens at the hotel have a really good European menu
