Moveandstay Sponsored Links Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Moveandstay Sponsored Links is a fee-based service operated by Moveandstay., which provides guaranteed and expedited consideration of your Web site for inclusion in Moveandstay's directory of Web sites (the Directory).

Agreement

The Moveandstay Sponsored Links service (the Service) is provided to you pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in this Moveandstay Sponsored Links Agreement (the Agreement). BY COMPLETING THE SUBMIT A SITE REGISTRATION PAGE AND CLICKING THE "NEXT" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; THAT YOU HAVE AND AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, COMPLETE, CURRENT AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM; AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR, IN THE CASE OF A COMPANY, YOU ARE AUTHORISED TO BIND THE COMPANY TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that:

Nothing in this Agreement or the Service obligates Moveandstay to list, link or otherwise accept your site in the Directory or on any Web site owned or controlled by Moveandstay or to provide priority placement for your site.
If your site is accepted for inclusion in the Directory it will be placed in the manner determined by Moveandstay in its absolute discretion.
Moveandstay is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in the review and categorisation of your site.

Fees

You must remit the relevant fee of 49 USD for each site submitted by you for review and acknowledge that the relevant fee is payable for the review of your website whether or not your site is included in the Directory.Each submitted link will be valid for one year.

Site-Inclusion Criteria

In addition to any other criteria that Moveandstay, in its sole discretion, may consider before accepting or declining a site, each site submitted for inclusion in the Directory through the Service must comply with the editorial policy of Moveandstay that includes the following MINIMUM criteria:

The site must be in the English language.
The site should have original and useful content.
The site should not contain pornography, pornographic or adult advertising, erotica or adult-only content, gratuitous or graphic violence, material that infringes on or violates someone's rights, or material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities. As a family-friendly directory, we do not accept escort agencies or sites that sell adult toys.
The site must contain sufficient pages and recognizable content.
The site must be up and running seven days a week and 24 hours a day. It is possible that if your site goes down after being included in our directory, it will be temporarily removed.
The site should not be under construction, and all links must be working.
The site must be quick to load.
The site should not mirror or redirect to another Web site.

No Warranty

Moveandstay MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO ADVERTISING AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
