Incase, the cancellation does not comply with the time limit states or not received, the hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge base on contract rate and number of rooms booked as follows: FIT cancellation made prior to the date of arrival (Under 05 Rooms): Within 2days: 50% of 01 room charge Within 24 hours: 100% of 01 room charge GIT cancellation made prior to the date of arrival (From 05 Rooms): Within 14 days: 50% of 01 room charge of total rooms booked. Within 7 days: 100% of 01 night room charge of total rooms booked. The above condition of applicable for group less than 10 rooms staying 01 night only. For bigger size group and stay from 02 nights and above, specific conditions should be work out separately.
