Cancellation Policy
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Bookings for 4-7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)
Bookings for more than 7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
Bookings for 1 month and more Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge
Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
