Are You Addicted to Sport?

According to a recent survey, Moveandstay team is practicing regularly 11 sports in total. I detail below the variety of sports we are doing:

  • Badminton
  • Cycling
  • Fitness (including BODYPUMP™)
  • Golf
  • Kitesurfing
  • Running
  • Soccer
  • Swimming
  • Tennis
  • Walking
  • Yoga

In average our team is exercising 2,5 hours per week (some of us are doing sports up to 9 hours a week).


Of course some few staffs do not practice sports at al but we hope that after this article they will discover the benefits of sports :)
