CANCELLATION POLICY: - We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. - In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. - Bookings for 1-3 nights - Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge - Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge - No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge - Bookings for 4-7 nights - Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge - Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay - No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay - Bookings for more than 7 nights - Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge - Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge - Bookings for 1 month and more - Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge - Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge - Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
