Pros: Luv, luv the extra space...and separate living, dining and full kitchen. Spa was awesome and clean. Worth staying. Close to everything... shopping, park, skytrain and groceries. Great location!! Highly recommend. Great for all. Complimentary internet was a plus!!
Cons: Too bad room service was not 24hrs...

Review: The Somerset has the complete package and is a comfortable retreat from all that is Bangkok. While it is a few minutes walk from the tourist areas of Silom, it is also close to local commercial areas in Suan Plu and nearby that give you a more authentic bangkok experience.

Review: I stayed in many different hotels in Bangkok, from guesthouse to 5 stars. This one comes on the top. Because of the large "feel at home" condo you get for this amount of money. Swimming pool is large enough and was never busy. Breakfast is excellent but the room can get busy. Staff is absolutely perfect. Indeed, like someone else said, you miss charm a little since the deco is maybe too much western style.

Pros: Cross over Sathorn road using the bridges and you can easily walk to the sky train and subway to get around the city
