Q: How do I get hold of the keys and check into the apartment? A: You will be met at the airport by one of our drivers and brought to your apartment where you will be met by someone from Moveandstay. You will be checked in and you will be given an information pack and business card with contact details in case you need some assistance.
Q: How early can we check in? A: If the apartment was not rented out to someone else prior to your arrival, you can check in any time. If however the apartment was rented out to someone prior to your arrival, it will be cleaned and ready for check-in by 3.00PM unless otherwise agreed. In any case, please let us know when you will arrive. Q: How late can we check out? A: On the day of departure you need to check out by 12.00PM. In case your plane is leaving in the evening, you can store your luggage with us until you depart.
Q: Can I leave my luggage somewhere safe if I can not immediately check into the apartment? A: Yes. Our driver will pick you up and drive you to the residence where someone will meet you and you can leave your luggage. You need to come back to the residence at after 3.00PM or before 8.00PM in order to pick up your keys and luggage.
Q: Do we need to bring our own linen, blankets, or towels? A: No, all bedding and towels are provided.

Q: How many keys can we be provided? A: 2 sets for each apartment.
Payment and charges
Q: Are there any extra or "hidden" charges? A: No. All fees and charges are specified on the order confirmation page and consist of the apartment rate and a booking fee.
Q: When do we need to pay? A: Your credit card will be charged 10% of the apartment rate upon booking the apartment. The remaining 90% of the apartment rate is due the day you arrive. Additionally, a damage deposit of 10,000 baht (or equivalent in your currency if you prefer) must be paid on check-in day.

Q: Where are the apartments located? A: The apartments are located along the river, next to the Hilton Millenium and opposite the Sheraton. All our apartments have river views. A private boat takes you to the BTS in 8mn in average.
Facilities
Q: Is there any food and drinks in the apartment? A: We make sure all apartments have tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper. We however do not stock other foods or drinks. All apartments have fridges and you can either bring stuff when you arrive or go shopping in "Carrefour" or "Robinson" nearby the residence. Our apartments are located close to shops and restaurants.

Q: Do you allow smoking? A: Not inside the apartment but on the balcony.
